What's included?

How fast can a crew move in?
Availability rotates with crew schedules, and an open home can be ready within days of a signed agreement. Text dates and crew size for current openings.
Do you accept corporate leases?
Yes. The lease can sit with the company. Corporate leases, direct bill, and one consolidated monthly invoice per company are standard.
Do you offer direct bill?
Yes. Approved companies get direct bill with one consolidated monthly invoice, and net terms are available for established contractors. Billing setup is handled directly with James.
Parking for work trucks?
Two-car garage and driveway plus street parking, with room for work trucks.
How many people per home?
Occupancy is set per agreement based on crew size and configuration. Tell us the crew and we confirm fit.
Pets or smoking?
No smoking inside the homes. Pets considered case by case with advance approval and a pet deposit.
Who handles lawn care and maintenance?
We do. Lawn care and exterior upkeep are handled by us, and maintenance requests get a same-day response.
What if the project timeline changes?
30-night minimum, then direct extension planning by project window.
