What the inquiry form collects

When you send an inquiry we receive your company name, name, email, mobile number, move-in date, crew size and job site, plus homes needed, term, billing preference, home of interest and notes if you fill them in. We also record how you reached the site (for example an ad or a search, the page you landed on and the site that sent you), and your IP address and browser type, which help us filter spam.

How we use it

James McIntosh, the owner, uses these details to reply to your inquiry by text, phone call or email, to send you one confirmation email with a copy of your request, and to quote and arrange the housing you ask about. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who handles it for us

Inquiries are stored with our website host, Cloudflare, and delivered to James by our email provider, Resend. This site also uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits and see which ads lead to inquiries; they set cookies in your browser, which you can block or clear in your browser settings. The site remembers in your browser, for 90 days, how you first arrived, so an inquiry is credited to the right ad or search.

Seeing or deleting your information

To see or delete what we hold about you, email james@jrmcholdings.com or call or text (325) 261-0270. We will confirm once it is deleted.
