Minimum stay?
30 nights. Longer assignments can be quoted month-to-month or by project window.
Can crews rotate?
Yes, when coordinated in advance so access and house rules stay current.
Parking for work trucks?
Two-car garage and driveway plus street parking, with room for work trucks.
How many people per home?
Occupancy is set per agreement based on crew size and configuration. Tell us the crew and we confirm fit.
Pets or smoking?
No smoking inside the homes. Pets considered case by case with advance approval and a pet deposit.
Linens and kitchen?
Yes. Beds are made with linens and every home has a stocked kitchen.
Cleaning?
Complimentary cleaning once a month, plus move-in supplies. Extra cadence for rotations is quoted by stay.
Maintenance?
Same-day response, direct from the owner. No ticket queue. Lawn care and exterior upkeep are handled by us.
